Dive Stations is published by Studio Bastion Ltd, Hampshire, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data Dive Stations collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to games.studiobaston.com/games/dive-stations/policies.

Dive Stations does not require an account and contains no advertising. We collect only what is listed here.

• Your email address and message, if you email us.

Your progress is stored on your own device. It is not sent to our servers.

Purchases are processed by the store you buy from (Apple, Google or Valve). We never see your payment details. We receive aggregated sales and crash reports from the stores, which do not identify you.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Email hello@studiobastion.com and we will respond within one month.

Emails and messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, then deleted.

Dive Stations does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page changes with it.

Dive Stations sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Dive Stations is licensed to you, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it, except where the law allows.

Purchases and refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under that store’s terms.

Dive Stations is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UK consumer law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
